Your data is stored in a secure Azure SQL database. We use industry-standard encryption and security practices. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

4. Payments

All payment transactions are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking information on our servers. Razorpay's privacy policy applies to payment data.

5. OTP Verification

We use Twilio to send one-time passwords for account verification. Your mobile number is used solely for authentication and order communications.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at rnk2178@gmail.com. We will process your request within 30 days.
